Svejo.se provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution for booking and management. We act as a technical platform provider.

3. Payments and Stripe Connect

We use Stripe for payment processing. By using our system, you agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.

• Transaction Fees: We may deduct an application fee from transactions processed through our platform as agreed upon in your specific service contract.
• Swish & Card Payments: Payment methods such as Swish and Credit Cards are subject to approval by Stripe and the respective payment providers.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the legality of the products/services you sell using our platform.
• Handling customer support for your own end-users.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Limitation of Liability

Svejo.se provides the software "as is". We are not liable for any indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss arising from the use of our system, except where required by Swedish law.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be handled by the Swedish courts.
