Since our products are digital services and customized software tailored for B2B (Business-to-Business) use, standard consumer withdrawal rights (e.g., the 14-day cooling-off period) do not automatically apply once the service has been provisioned or customization has begun.
2. Subscriptions and Usage Fees
For services billed on a recurring basis (e.g., access to the booking platform):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months of service or unused time.
3. Setup Fees and Custom Development
Fees charged for setup, onboarding, or custom development are non-refundable once the work has commenced, as these involve allocated labor and resources.
4. Disputes and Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent the core functionality of the system (e.g., inability to process bookings), please contact us immediately at johan.svensson@svejo.se. In cases where the service is proven to be non-functional due to errors on our end, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund or credit for the affected period.
